Clinic Policies

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. This policy helps respect both practitioner time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible.  I understand that life happens.

Registered Massage Therapy is eligible for coverage under most extended health insurance plans. Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement. Direct billing is available for select insurance providers. If you are unsure whether your plan is eligible for direct billing, please feel free to ask prior to your appointment. Payment is due at the time of treatment.

Please plan to arrive no more than a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. When you arrive, kindly wait outside the office door until I come to greet you. This allows the previous client’s appointment to conclude respectfully and ensures a calm, private transition between sessions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If you arrive late for your appointment, the session may be shortened to respect the next scheduled client. The full treatment fee will still apply. Arriving a few minutes early allows time to settle in and make the most of your session.
